By the way, the Penguins played tonight, it was definitely Friday the 13th. The Pittsburgh Penguins could not take advantage of their opportunities and did not look sharp at all in a 3-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning in the first game of this series. Pittsburgh needs to be better if they want to win next game and the series. The Tampa goals were scored by Alex Killorn, Ondrej Palat, and Jonathan Drouin. The lone Penguins goal was scored by Patric Hornqvist. Tampa's goalie Ben Bishop left the game in the 1st period with a leg injury; Andrei Vasilevskiy came in and made 25 saves to secure the win for the Lightning. Matt Murray allowed 3 goals on 20 shots.
