In order to get this gun in shadows of evil you get a Margwa heart from the margwa when you kill it. After you have a heart you can get the margwa tenticle from the harvest pod ONLY WHEN PURPLE.After that you can get the Xenomatter which can drop from the meatball things or the flying things round 15 or higher is when they drop it it doesn't matter what order you do it in. |--| After you get all these parts you can find a crafting table in the Canal district and the Waterfront district. You can build this Black hole gun where I got the shield from also it really doesn't matter where you build this weapon
