Corsair KATAR Review - Affordable Low Cost $30 Gaming Mouse

VIDEO INDEX:. 0:55 - Hardware overview. 2:26 - Software configuration. 3:12 - Mouse DPI controls. 4:11 - Programming macros to buttons. 4:55 - Conclusion and final thoughts. The mouse feels nicer than I expected for $29. It's plastic but it's well constructed with rubber side grips and responsive buttons with a nice mechanical actuation. What's really nice is that the same software Corsair uses on their high end mice work with this one. So while it lacks the number of buttons of its more expensive siblings it can be configured with the same powerful macros and other mappings. It's nice to see relatively powerful gaming hardware that doesn't cost a lot of money. It gives everyone a chance to be competitive. Do be sure to check Corsair's inexpensive gaming keyboard that I reviewed here:.
