House details -. Five Bedrooms, Three Bathrooms. This modern beach house has 3 floors, the first floor is very open plan and has a very large kitchen which at one side has a row of fish aquariums. On the second floor there is the master bedroom which has a balcony looking over the whole bottom deck which has a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs and a fire pit area. Also on the second floor there is another swimming pool if your sim would prefer to be sheltered from the sun. On the third floor this is where the rest of the bedrooms are, a nursery, girl teen room, boy child room and a guest bedroom :).
