The Sims Freeplay - Modern Houseboat (Original Design)

This is a modern houseboat for a couple of my town, Sims York. It was a one story hoseboat before they decided to turn into a modern designed hoseboat.It has a kitchen/dining room, a living room, a powder room for guests, a master suit with its own bathroom.
