I have found a bug where i can go back to the old shop in patch 6.10 in server EUNE. If you click on Taliyah champion on the main screen it refers you to the old store and when you remove the Taliyah name from the search engine all heroes appears and you can buy them. It's same with the skins but i don't know if you could buy skin..
